Thanks to the more than 125 people who attended our recent Seder celebrations. What a wonderful, fun and spiritual time we had!
TORAHnyc would also like to thank the many helpers who donated their time so we could accommodate such large gatherings. And, of course, we are ever grateful to those who donated money so that TORAHnyc can continue its mission.
The TORAHnyc Mission
TORAHnyc reaches out to the unaffiliated Reform-liberal Jewish Community of New York with High Holy Day meals & services, our annual Passover Seder, and Torah study focused on unlocking the mysteries of the Jewish experience and "The ONE Who Is Every-thing."
TORAHnyc is a "place" and a "home" - not a location. A place where those who are alone at holiday time ... on the Sabbath ... anytime ... "can find a Jewish home."
TORAHnyc is open to all - young and older, singles & couples, children & families, gay men & lesbians, the interfaith, BOTH those who are born Jewish & those who are not.
TORAHnyc can be your "home" when you need us - a "place" for all who are searching for a deeper connection to Jewish life, learning & the Jewish people.
We are and can be your people too!
